This free URL slug generator removes punctuation, normalises accents and separates words with hyphens. It can prepare one address or a batch from a spreadsheet of proposed page titles.

“Brand & Website Design” becomes “brand-and-website-design” when the ampersand option is enabled. Two titles can produce the same output after formatting, so the duplicate count matters. A name that looks sensible still needs to be checked against the CMS and the existing URL inventory.
What to check next.
Plan a redirect when replacing an established address. Update the navigation, internal links, canonical declarations and sitemap where appropriate. The generator cannot decide whether changing a live URL is worth the disruption.
